The analysis of metabolites therefore allows conclusions to be drawn about the regularity of the metabolism. Metabolites are important indicators of a healthy metabolism.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0077b9\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Blood collection<\/mark><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Come to the blood collection on an empty stomach, i.e. do not eat any solid or liquid food for 10-12 hours before the blood collection.
